Subject: Service complaint
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to your company because I have been a long time customer of your house keeping service here in Rohini. In fact, I have been using your service since June 1st 2009 and my reference number is FFA7. I am saddened to inform you that I have recently had a bad experience which greatly troubles me.
Since I began using your services for almost 2 years now, I have never had any reasons to complain. However, the last vist by the house keeper was quite an ordeal and I must say that I’ve never witnessed such unprofessional behavior before. This episode has really made me concerned about your service and employees.
Your company has been wonderful up to this point, so I am keeping this in mind while writing your department about this incident which I experienced. I hope that you take this complaint serious and investigate this matter as soon as possible.
Sincerely yours,
Sonali Rana

Dear Mr. Martin,
I am sending you this letter in connection with the place that I and my family rented at House No. 40 B last April 2009.
According to what we have agreed in the contract, you are going to renovate the place a week before we could stay on it. However, until now your assigned worker has not yet come to fix what is needed to be fixed but I am hoping that after you receive this letter you will do the necessary action.
I hope that this letter will serve as a wake call for you to do your part in maintaining the look of place, and hopefully an immediate action will be done.
Thanking You,
Sincerely yours,
Grace Miller

Dear Roger:
I attended “Cold-Calling for the Non-Salesperson” last night and thoroughly enjoyed the session. However, I did want to bring something to your attention. The session’s description (copy attached) listed Stephen Carter — a well-known guru and the reason I registered for the session — as the seminar presenter. In reality, Stephen gave a half-hour presentation and then turned the program over to his colleague, Michael Snyder.
Michael was terrific. I was engaged, I took copious notes, I walked away satisfied with the content. But I felt I was misled by the description in your catalog. I’m taking Carol Connor’s “Clutter-Free Basement” session on October 10 and since she’s also a guru, I’m leery of the possibility of having the same experience I did last night.
Again, “Cold-Calling” was a great session and I understand that it’s difficult to monitor every course, so I did want to let you know about my experience.
Sincerely,
Fern Dickey
